You are NOT permitted to sell, share, give this product away freely or offer it as any kind of bonus.  This product is for personal use only or for use within a business to be used by yourself and staff.

You are not NOT permitted to alter the product in any way including the code, graphics or functionality.

You are NOT allowed to rebrand this product to make it appear that the product was developed by anyone other than Andy Black.

You ARE permitted to upload this product to one website / domain.

You MUST password protect the directory, indexchecker, which the product is contained in.  This will prevent other people from finding and using the product which may result in your server being blocked due to instantaneous hits to Google, Yahoo or any other site and also for breaching the licence agreement which prevents you from allowing others to use this product.

You are NOT permitted to offer this product as a free or paid hosted service for other people to use.
